Our Programmes
Three Programmes, Each Serving a Different Stage
From first budgets to long-range planning — each Wellthread programme is designed to meet participants where they are.
Back to HomeHow Our Programmes Work
Each Wellthread programme follows the same core model: structured weekly sessions, practical exercises that apply concepts directly to each participant's situation, and materials built for use beyond the classroom.
Sequential Structure
Sessions are designed to build on each other — no session assumes understanding from outside the programme, and each one extends what came before.
Applied Learning
Workbook exercises are tied to each participant's real financial situation, not hypothetical scenarios. Learning is practical from the first session.
Small Group Cohorts
Groups are capped at twelve participants, creating the conditions for discussion, shared perspectives, and genuine facilitator attention.
